This means the overall look and feel and functionality of your site. We do not provide a website hosting solution. However, there are plenty of free web services on the internet that we will be happy to help you get set up on, or do it for you, free of charge. At that point, it would be at your discretion to maintain the website. Do you already have a website concept in mind, but just don't know how to make it happen?
